mini vacuum pump for biomed application, Polaroid UK, United Kingdom

I am designing a fluid handling system for a biomed company and I require to use a vacuum pump to remove various chemicals from a perfusion chamber. These chemicals are at a max temp of 50°C and the most corrosive are 10% Acetic acid, 0.69% Sodium Chloride, 0.035% Potassium Chloride and 0.025% Calcium Chloride. My fluid flow rates are from 0 to 1ml/sec to fill the chamber and I would like to drain the chamber at between 1-2ml/sec (total volume 16ml). I have no pressure information at this time.
I have not worked with Vacuum prior to this project so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Etude et réalisation d'un système de contrôle d'étanchéité et remplissage de cuves, Sct.


Dans le cadre d'une industrialisation, nous souhaiterions confier à un fournisseur l'étude et la réalisation d'une machine capable de réaliser le contrôle d'étanchéité et le remplissage de cuves inox dont la taille peut atteindre 1,3 x 1,2 x 0,8 m environ et dont l'épaisseur de tôle est de 2 mm.
La procédure que devra suivre la machine sera la suivante:
1- Création d'un vide à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (niveau de vide à déterminer),
2- Injection d'un gaz (He) permettant la détection de fuite de la cuve à l'aide d'un détecteur adapté,
3- Nouvelle aspiration de façon à vider le gaz de détection de fuite jusqu'à un niveau de l'ordre de 1 mbar (à préciser),
4- Remplissage de la cuve par injection de SF6 jusqu'à la pression de 1,35 bar.

Les dimensions des cuves ainsi que l\'épaisseur des tôles nous conduisent à envisager le recours à un caisson d\'équipression de façon à limiter au maximum les déformations de nos cuves.
Enfin, la machine devra réaliser cette procédure de façon automatique dans un délai raisonnable.
