Es handelt sich um einen Endkondensator für ein Biomassekraftwerk.
gesamtes zu evakuierendes Volumen: 30m³
Evakuierungszeit bis 0,2bara max. 10min.
Kühlwasser mit einer Temp. von max. 40° verfügbar.
Während des Betriebes erfolgt die Evakuierung mittels Dampfstrahlpumpe.

zum Testen von Beschichtungsequipment suchen wir eine Vakuumkammer incl. Pumpstand und Steuerung, die die folgenden Spezifikationen erfüllt:
- Aufnahme eines Linearflansches mit den Abmaßen (ca.) 2000x300 mm an der Unterseite der Kammer
- Zugänglichkeit zu diesem Flansch gewährleistet, lichte Höhe unter der Kammer min. 700 mm
- in der Kammer mindestens 1000 mm Platz senkrecht über dem o.g. Flansch
- 10E-6 mbar Enddruck
- Kühlung außen an der Kammer
- Die Anpassung einer gebrauchten Kammer an die o.g. Anforderungen ist natürlich auch möglich. Sowohl eine zylindrische als auch eine quaderförmige Kammerausführung ist möglich.

Metal scrap handling from collection box to container

Dear all,
We produce stainless steel shaving blades and have a big quantity from scrap collected from perforation process
This quantity is about 40 tons per month, the scrap is between 5mm to 100mm length with 0.1 mm thickness and 22mm width.
As handling this scrap by hand is very dangerous we are planning to use a vacuum system to transfer it from the collection box to the dispatching container.
