Ever since its foundation in 1939, Italvacuum has manufactured industrial vacuum pumps and vacuum dryers for process use in the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

The LubriZero® System employs new materials in Teflon with special charges that, beside being resistant to corrosion, do not require any lubrication. This also allows the use of synthetic FDA approved oils.
With the most common and aggressive solvents, SAURU939 ensures:
- absolute safety for the process and the operators
- extreme operating simplicity 24 h a day
- complete reliability even with difficult operative conditions
- incomparable performances
- nominal capacity from 80 to 3800 m3/h
- vacuum levels from 7 to 0,03 mbar
- unchanged efficiency over time.

Saurus939 vacuum pumps also guarantee complete separation between process side and mechanical side, so ensuring absence of contamination from the lubricating oil and absolute purity of the final product, as certified by a report of Politecnico di Torino (Department of Material Science and Chemical Engineering).

The EcoDry M incorporates a dry sliding mechanism without the need for oil or hydrocarbons.
Through the further developed and optimised compression processes, the EcoDry M 15/30 attains with three compression stages a base pressure (total) in the low 10-2 mbar range.
Since the EcoDry M 15/20/30 may be operated either vertically (as normally delivered) or horizontally, this pump is highly flexible when it has to be integrated into the customer's system.
