Available in ASA, ISO, rectangular and custom flange configurations from 10" to 60", Mill Lane Large Gate Valves are used for high-vacuum pump isolation and meet the demands of in-line vacuum systems for isolation of process chambers and load locks. Special models may be equipped to operate reliably under hostile conditions of heat, abrasion and particulate accumulation.
Mill Lane's unique Combination Angle Valve with Multi-Coolant Baffle is particularly useful where space is tight. The baffle section slides out for cleaning without disassembly of the pump stack. An optional bellows stem seal extends its utility into the ultra-high vacuum range.
Standard Right-Angle Valves are also available in sizes from 10"- 48".
