Each oven features overtemperature protection, teflon seated vacuum valves, microprocessor temperature control, and an easy to read vacuum gauge. The SHEL LAB Vacuum Ovens come standard equipped with silicone gaskets. While these gaskets resist a wide variety of temperatures and pressures they can breakdown in the presence of solvents and acids. VPI designs and manufactures high quality vacuum furnaces in a wide range of sizes and for a variety of different applications such as induction melting, plasma nitriding, CVD, tempering, annealing, hardening, brazing, stress relieving, diffusion bonding, sintering etc.
Vacuum sintering furnace for metal injection molding process. Working temperature up to 1700 degree C or higher. Partial pressure in the 500mbar range and 6/10 bar gas quenching system. VPI is also coming out with it’s new low pressure super high quench furnace. This will allow for greater reduction in upfront and maintenance costs.
All graphite hot zone for high temperature processes up to 3000 degree C.
