Friatec Rheinhütte liquid ring vacuum pump in engineering ceramic (Parts in contact with the medium made of FRIKORUND silicate ceramic material, impeller also in titanium, Hastelloy, zirconium or glass fibre reinforced PTFE. Frame casing GGG 40.3), complete vacuum systems (system solutions).
Area of application: Corrosive and abrasive gases and vapours in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Suction capacity up to 600 m3/h (vacuum or compressor operation).
In vacuum service these pumps are normally capable of suction pressures up to 100 mbar. Combined with an auxiliary ceramic gas jet pump up to 30 mbar can be achieved. In compressor service this pump can be used up to 2 bar.

The RVS liquid ring vacuum pump is a single stage block model for suction capacities up to 4.200 m3/h and suction pressures up to 33 mbarA. They are suitable to compress gas and vapors in the process of sterilization, concentration, drying, impregnation, plastic extrusion, degassing and extraction of non-condensable gas from condensers
LRVS packages are characterized by V-belt and pulleys power transmission, that is obtained though a patented device rotating around a pivot and supporting the motor in a way which allows to reduce loads on pump bearings and motor and to keep tension of the belt constant in time. CRVS packages are characterized by power transmission through elastic coupling.
KRVS units are characterized by a separator tank and an heat-exchanger for the recirculation of the service liquid.
Fields of application:
Suction of gases and vapours in various industrial sectors like Chemical, pharmaceutical, food, paper, hospital, sugar, textiles and energy, in the processes of concentration, drying, impregnation, plastic extrusion, degassing, extraction of non-condensable gas from condensers, autoclave sterilization.
