We are distributing ULVAC, VIC Vacuum Instruments Corp., MKS Instuments (PICO Series only), Miller Design and JANDEL products.
We are servicing and repairing nearly all manufacturers equipment in our target markets such as ULVAC, VIC/ Veeco (even older systems!), Alcatel/ Adixen, Varian, Pfeiffer or others based on our employees 20 years experience.
He-Leak Detection: The testing could be done in our workshop in Groebenzell (near Munich/ Germany) or On-Site at the customers plant.
We are able to test single parts, vacuum chambers up to stationary plants such as pure-gas supply units or vacuum piping. Our latest technology ULVAC and VIC testing equipment is capable of detecting leaks up to the 10E-11 Pa mbar l/sec range and are available with oil sealed pumps as well as dry units. Sniffing up to 10E-07 Pa mbar l/sec is also available, e.g. for pipelines.
